FAQs

Is there an age restriction to enter the casino floor?

Yes. Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
 

Can I bring my children onto the casino floor?

No. The age requirement is 21+ to be on the gaming floor.

 

Can my child wait in an area off of the casino floor while I gamble?

No. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

Does my free play transfer from your other properties?

Yes. Free Play received is redeemable across all Granite State Gaming & Hospitality properties, including Beach Club Casino located at 81 Ocean Blvd. in Hampton, NH. 

 

Is The Club players card free?

Yes. It is free to sign up for The Club.

 

Where do I cash out my gaming voucher/chips?

Gaming vouchers and chips can be cashed out at the Cashier Cage. Enter the main entrance to the casino floor. Go straight back toward the back wall and the cage will be on the right. Gaming vouchers can also be cashed out at various cash out machines on the casino floor. Cash out machines double as an ATM. 

 

Do you have a High Limit gaming area?

No, not at this time.

Are pets allowed on the casino floor?/Service animals?

Service animals are allowed on the casino floor.

 

Do you give away free drinks while I’m playing on a Gaming Machine, Table Games or Poker?

We provide free non-alcoholic beverages on the game floor. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.

Is there a smoking section in the casino?

Yes. We have a separate smoking gaming lounge. 

 

Where is lost and found?

Should you have a lost item, inquire with any Security Officer on the casino floor.
 

Can you merge my spouse’s and my Club Rewards accounts?

No. You must have separate accounts.


What are your restaurant hours? 

Lucky Oak Bar & Grill: 

Breakfast Hours: 9am - 11am, Mon-Fri

Brunch Hours: 9am - 4pm, Sat & Sun

Lunch Hours: 11am - 4pm, Mon-Fri

Dinner Hours: 4Pm - 1am, daily

Gaming Menu Hours: 11am - 1am, daily
 

Do you have Electric Vehicle charging stations?

Yes, we have EV Charging Stations from Chargepoint

 

May I get a security escort to my car?

Yes, with any available officer.
 

What time does the casino close?

The casino is open 9am-1am Sunday thru Thursday. Friday and Saturdays 9am-2am.
